GitHub Actions build artifacts normally require a signed-in GitHub account to download. The
links above go through nightly.link, a public, open-source
proxy that mirrors the most recent successful build with no login required. Each link downloads
a .zip file; the actual installer, package or AppImage is inside and needs to be
extracted once.
Instead of the .flatpakref download, Flatpak users can also track the nightly channel directly through the CLI once the Stable or Beta repo is already added:

Choosing a package
Which file should I use?
Windows users normally need the x64 ZIP package. On Linux, Flatpak is the practical choice when updates should be managed through the desktop software centre or the Flatpak command line. The AppImage is useful when a portable file is preferred, while DEB, RPM and Arch packages integrate with their respective package managers.
macOS packages are provided for Apple Silicon and Intel systems on a best-effort basis. From version 1.42 onwards they are signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so they start by double-clicking without a security prompt. The installation guide covers the first launch, updates, the Stable, Beta and Nightly channels, and the location of the settings directory.
